The Daxio platform operate autonomously using smart contracts (each a “Smart Contract”) to enable its Users to own, buy, sell, transfer, receive and share unique digital rewards that can be visualized on the Daxio site and utilized through the Daxio Platform.
The digital rewards in Daxio are not available for purchase from Daxio. They are digital rewards earned in exchange for work and actions on the Daxio network and the Daxio platform. The digital reward is designed to have utility on the Daxio platform for the purchase of Daxio’s products and services. The digital reward is not an investment product and may never have any value outside of the Daxio platform. SDAX & GDAX owners should not expect to recognize any value from the digital reward other than its utility with Daxio.
Daxio does not anticipate correlation between the digital reward value and Daxio’s business activities. The price of SDAX & GDAX tokens are calculated by the UniSwap Liquidity Pools formulas and is a result of Supply and Demand. Daxio is not controlling the price or the liquidity pools. Daxio makes no guarantees that the SDAX token, GDAX token or any other token balances held in your Web3 wallet might have value if any, outside the Daxio Platform.
Daxio does not transact in FIAT Currency. All minting,purchases or transactions taking place via the Daxio platform are transacted in SDAX, ETH or other crypto and all digital rewards are distributed in SDAX.
Daxio makes no guarantee that any NFT, token, product, or service, that are purchased, or that any digital reward or token received via the Daxio platform will have or hold any value. Furthermore Daxio makes no guarantee that any of the products, services, NFTs, or Token connected to the Daxio Platform will generate any return or profit for its users.

All value, tokens, NFTs and digital reward is 100% held and controlled by the end user via the connected Web3 Wallet and/or Smart Contracts running autonomously on the blockchain, operating the Daxio platform.
